7 Ways To Avoid GMO Foods – Help Reverse Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Cancer

The number of diseases such as type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease, Crohn’s disease (infectious disease), and chronic fatigue syndrome have increased dramatically in recent decades. A growing body of science is showing that the number one cause of this disease is how our diet changes. Simply, we are starving!

This might be the most important thing I can give you to avoid eating GMO foods. If you buy a product, you can be sure that this product does not contain GMO foods. This is because the USDA does not allow the product to be traded or sold if it contains GM foods. Be careful even if you don’t include the word “organic” on the label and other words like “natural.” Usually “natural” foods are genetically modified foods.

Avoid some fruit plants and fruit plants

Some buyers of cultivated vegetables thrive not because they don’t choose weeds, but because they think organic is too expensive or because the species is not in place where they were bought. If you fall into this category, then you should be aware that there are some common GM vegetables that you might want to avoid in these small quantities. GM vegetables include corn, yellow squash, soybeans, papaya, and beets. I refuse to touch corn unless it’s called organic or I know a farmer. It is always a genetically modified organism if not named organic.

Avoid any food that contains HFCS or corn syrup.

High fructose corn syrup is always made from groundless GMO corn! It is one of the most harmful substances you can put in your body. If you buy cooked foods, try to read the summary carefully and look for high fructose corn syrup. Note that it is sometimes referred to as HFCs.

Avoid these four oils because they must come from genetically modified plants.

Canola oil (a beautiful term for coconut oil), corn oil, soybean oil, and seed oil are made from GM corn most of the time. The only time you’ll find it is when it’s in an organic product.

Avoid GM foods and foods hidden from the big islands.

Many people think of the Big Island as “solid food”. However, this is not always the case with most GMOs hidden in those larger foods. For example, granola that is sold in large quantities generally contains GMO canola. I’ve seen GM soy added to granola. Dried papaya are generally GMOs. Bulgarian wheat in general is a genetically modified oily cottonseed oil. The fruits usually contain genetically modified oil. Pasta is one of the most refined of GMOs. Even a soybean blend can have GMO-based ingredients and always read a food’s name.

Do not eat cooked food

I know cooked food is delicious and sometimes delicious. But … more than 70% of cooked foods contain GMO ingredients. This number would be much higher if we exclude organic foods. Even something as simple as “sugar” (sucrose – table salt) can now be genetically modified because GMOs can be used to make sugar.

Eat fast and watch out for delicious foods!

We will “race” to our favorite fast food restaurant, or sometimes visit more than once, to find out what to study before studying. This is really different from what our brain really needs because almost all junk foods contain GMOs.
